Improving sperm quality

We understand that discovering a fertility issue through the SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test or another test can be difficult and overwhelming. That’s why we are dedicated to guiding and supporting those facing fertility challenges.

It’s important to know that receiving a low result doesn’t necessarily mean it will stay low forever. Sperm quality naturally fluctuates over time. While there isn’t a definitive explanation for what causes low sperm quality, research shows that men can positively influence their sperm health through lifestyle changes. This includes adopting a healthy diet, staying active, and incorporating beneficial vitamins and minerals into their routine. These changes can have a significant impact, especially over a 90-day period—the time it takes for the body to produce new sperm cells.

At SwimCount™, we encourage and support these positive lifestyle changes with our SwimCount™ SpermCare Food Supplement.

SwimCount™ SpermCare contains Selenium, which supports normal sperm production, and Zinc, which promotes normal fertility, reproduction, and helps maintain healthy testosterone levels in the blood.
